: Also known as buy renovate and sell. Understanding areas, future growth, market trends, construction type all play a key part. Buying the property right is key. A cheap buy does not always mean a good deal. It is not uncommon to have to spend more than 3 times the purchase price for the renovation. Does it have a seawall, old plumbing or electrical, septic tank, zoning issues?
